# Billing information & refunds

## Find receipts and invoices

Open Billing in your AKOOL account to review payments and available invoices. Check that you are signed into the account used for the purchase.

## Request a refund or billing review

Email [support@akool.com](mailto:support@akool.com) with your account email, transaction ID, charge date, amount, and reason. For a generation issue, include its task ID. Never send full card details.

The [Refund and Cancellation Policy](https://akool.com/refund-policy?hsLang=en), updated October 16, 2026, includes exceptions to non-refundable subscription fees. A first paid subscription or one-time credit pack may qualify within seven calendar days if that purchase has not funded a successfully completed task. Exclusions and eligibility conditions apply. Billing errors, unauthorized charges, timely cancellations, and applicable legal rights are addressed separately.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing time varies. Read the full policy before making a request.
