## Sales and enterprise inquiries

## What to include in your message

- Your AKOOL account email and the product or platform you are using.
- A short description of the issue, what you expected, and steps to reproduce it.
- The task, generation, or request ID, the model or API endpoint, and any error message, where applicable.
- When the issue occurred, including your time zone.
- A screenshot or relevant log excerpt with sensitive information removed.

For billing questions, include the transaction ID, payment date, and amount. Never share your password, API keys, access tokens, or full payment card details.
