Why was I charged after canceling?

• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund past charges. If you believe there was an error, contact Support.

How do I update my payment method?

1. Navigate to your Billing page and click on Manage PLan
2. Add or edit your payment details and save changes.

What happens if my payment fails?

• You will be notified via email and prompted to update your payment method.
• Access to premium features may be restricted until the issue is resolved.
